Our recipe digitization services involve custom work tailored to each client's specific needs. Once work has begun on your project, the service cannot be returned in the traditional sense, as the digitization process creates unique digital assets based on your original materials.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before work has begun on your project. If you cancel before we start processing your recipes, you will receive a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellation may be subject to charges for work already completed.

Revisions and Corrections

We strive to provide accurate digitization services. If you identify errors in the digitized recipes, we will work with you to make corrections. Minor corrections and revisions are typically included in the service. Extensive revisions may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel before work has begun
  • If we are unable to complete the service due to technical issues on our end
  • If there is a significant error in the delivered work that cannot be corrected

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Original Materials

If you have submitted physical materials for digitization, we will return your original materials upon completion of the project. We take care to preserve your original documents, but we recommend keeping copies of important recipes before submission.

Digital Deliverables

Once digital files have been delivered and downloaded, they cannot be returned. However, if you encounter issues with the delivered files, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.
